As a Coach at MWC Sports I will:
- Maintain a healthy environment for my athletes to be able to exercise and have fun
- Always encourage all athletes to do their best
- Be reasonable with all of demands as a coach
- Ensure to follow any and all safety precautions to make sure no athlete get injured
- Treat all children equally regardless of sex, race, religion, and culture
- Refrain from using any profanity
- Never leave children unsupervised
- Never be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while coaching
- Always be respectful to all athletes and parents
