Pick your two days
Your membership to our Youth Strength & Conditioning progam begins on the day you make your first payment. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged on the same day each the following month. 
If you decide to cancel your membership, simply let us know before your next billing date, and we will process the cancellation promptly. There is no required notice, but providing notice a few days in advance ensures unintended charges.
