MWC Sports 2026 Track & Field Camp is an exciting one-week experience and the most popular camp of the summer!!
Athletes will develop speed, strength, coordination, and confidence while training in a fun, high-energy environment led by experienced coaches. Throughout the week, campers work on running technique, sprinting, endurance, jumping, conditioning, and teamwork.
Our camp focuses on more than athletic skills. Athletes build confidence, sportsmanship, and lasting friendships while learning how to support teammates and push themselves to new levels. Campers are grouped by age and ability to ensure every athlete feels challenged and encouraged.
The highlight of the week is our famous Relay Race! Campers train for it all week, building teamwork and excitement, before the big race on the final day of camp. Athletes are split into country teams, creating an unforgettable, World Cup–style relay competition that brings energy, pride, and tons of fun to the finish line.
MWC Sports Track & Field Camp is open to all skill levels, from beginners trying track events for the first time to experienced athletes looking to improve their performance. It’s the perfect one-week camp to train hard, make friends, and experience one of the most exciting events of the summer! 🏁🔥
Camp Options:
Full Day: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Half Day: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Your athlete will leave camp stronger, faster, and more confident — both on and off the field!

Daily Schedule & What to Bring
We’re excited for our MWC Sports Summer Camp! Our coaches are ready for a fun, active, and well-organized day focused on skill development, teamwork, and having a great time.
Below is everything you need to know for the day.
DAILY CAMP SCHEDULE
Full Day Camp🕘 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Morning warm-ups, skill stations, and group training
Games, competitions, and team challenges
12:00 PM – Lunch Break
Afternoon activities and cool down before pick-up
👉 Camp lunch is available for an additional fee, or campers may bring their own lunch👉 Please send campers with a water bottle — we will have multiple water stations set up👉 Campers will take multiple water breaks throughout the day
Half Day Camp🕘 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Warm-ups, skills training, and games
Age-appropriate drills and activities
👉 Half Day campers do not stay for lunch👉 Please bring a water bottle
AGE GROUPS & SKILL LEVELS
Campers are broken into age groups for safety and development
Camps are designed for both beginners and experienced players
Instruction is tailored to challenge each camper at their level
WHAT TO BRING
Sports equipment for your sport (cleats, shin guards, glove, bat, etc.)
Water bottle
Lunch (if not purchasing camp lunch for Full Day)
