RZR WRESTLING TEAM IS FOR ANYONE RANGING FROM BEGINNER TO 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE

Practice is held Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 PM.

Kids Jiu Jitsu

Our Kids Jiu Jitsu Classes are from 5:30 pm -6:30 pm for ages 6 yrs - 12 yrs.
Our Mixed Martial Arts Classes are from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm ages 10 yrs &up

 

Adult Jiu Jitsu

Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes start at 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays with Coach Hendrick

 

Our Youth classes (ages 5-12) are every Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7 PM, and our Adult classes (ages 13 and up) are every Tuesday and Thursday from 7-8 PM.

 

 

Fitness Programs

1 Month 1 Week

We train every Saturday with our 16+ sessions from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM & our youth sessions for 12-16 year olds from 11:30 - 12:30.

Drop In

5 Sessions - Ages 12-16 5 Sessions - Ages 16+

Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, or Friday (5:00 AM, 6:30 AM, and 8:30 AM).

Strength & Conditioning Sessions are on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.
