Our Athlete Strength and Performance Training at MWC Sports Complex in Youngsville can help athletes 13 years and older take their skills to the next level and watch their hard work translate into performance on the field. 

These small-group workouts foster a competitive environment and provide foundational tools for a wide range of sports as well as sport-specific movements! 

Schedule: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 3:30-4:30 pm

Membership options - 2 days/week or 3 days/week

Monthly Plan:
Option 1 - 2 Classes per week
Option 2 - Unlimited

When you register for Athlete Strength & Performance Sessions, this automatically includes a gym membership.
